Dictionary of Vocational Psychology
Virtual Work
Working with others using electronic communication tools,
including computers, cell phones or landline phones, pages, facsimile
(fax) machines, and so on. Use of the term usually implies that the work
of team members is remote as well as virtual. (see Connell, 2002).
