Occupation
Whereas a job refers a set of
tasks assigned by an employer to an employee, an occupation refers to
the set of jobs with similar sets of assigned tasks that one may fine
across a variety of settings, organizations, and industries (see Herr
& Cramer, 1992, p. 29).
